MISSION OPPORTUNITIES

Local Missions - Each month we select a local ministry and seek to support that ministry in our giving. We also baked cookies for Kairos inside this year, brought Laura Gamble from Family Builders to speak to us about their ministry. We gave to Edmond Autism to help them in supporting families with children who have autism and behavioral issues related to the wide spectrum of autism. Each month our Senior Pastor and Missions Director look for new ministries to support.

Prayer Opportunities - The Free Methodist Church has a Ministry Prayer Directory available that includes our missionaries and their families around the world. Contact our Missions Director for a directory.

Giving Opportunities - If you would like to make a one-time or ongoing contribution to our Free Methodist missionaries or our Free Methodist World Missions operations, we have multiple opportunities to choose from. Please see our Missions Director or speak with the Senior Pastor.

VISA Missions is a short-term missions work within the United States and abroad. If you are interested in a short term missions trip, contact the Senior Pastor. 80+ missions teams annually minister through construction, medical services and evangelistic ministries. Short-term encompasses two weeks to three months. Fast Trackers is a 2-week to 6 month missions experience. Fast Trackers teach in a theological institution, serve in a medical ministry in a hospital or clinic, maintenance or emergency relief.

International Child Care Ministries is a child sponsorship initiative serving 20,000 children in over 30 countries. We work with Free Methodists for high levels of care and accountability. Through education, meals, clothing and basic medical care, children in need have an opportunity for a better life. For just one dollar a day you can sponsor a child and change a life forever.

SEED - Partners with holistic livelihood groups connected to Free Methodist churches around the world to do micro-enterprise that makes sense in their local communities. Our women's ministries can host a trunk show which is an incredible opportunity to bless livelihood groups all around the world. We learn about SEED, view some videos, eat some international food snacks, and invest in the lives of others through the purchase of items made by women around the world: jewelry, purses, clothing, etc.
